求缺的数量 = cari nilai yang tiada 总数减去已知的几项，就是缺的那一项。 例子：总数 50，已知 20 和 10，缺 20。 注意：算完以后把三家店加起来，检查是不是等于总数。

百分比 = peratus 写成部分/总数，再把分母变成 100：分子分母都除以同一个数。 例子：30/200 = 15/100 = 15%。 注意：分母一定要用总数，不是用其中一项的数量。
