圆圈图 = peta bulatan 圆圈图中间写一个面积，周围只放面积刚好等于它的长方形或正方形。把每一个选项的长和宽相乘，看哪一个乘出来不是中间那个面积。 例子：中间是 24 cm²，可以放 8 cm × 3 cm、4 cm × 6 cm、12 cm × 2 cm。 注意：不要用加法，长加宽不是面积。

Multiply the length and width in each choice and see which product is not the area in the middle. Example: with 24 cm² in the middle you can place 8 cm × 3 cm, 4 cm × 6 cm and 12 cm × 2 cm. Watch out: do not add; length plus width is not the area.

桥形图 = peta titi 桥形图用同一种关系把左右两边连起来，这里的关系是“图形 ⇄ 周长”。把每个选项的周长算出来：正方形是四乘边长，长方形是二乘长加宽，再找和题目一样的那一个。 例子：9 cm × 3 cm 与 8 cm × 4 cm 两个长方形，周长都是 24 cm，可以放在同一座桥的两边。 注意：周长是四周的总长，单位是 cm。

bridge map = peta titi A bridge map joins things with the same relationship, here shape ⇄ perimeter. Work out the perimeter of each choice (4 × side for a square, 2 × (length + width) for a rectangle) and find the one that matches. Example: a 9 cm × 3 cm rectangle and an 8 cm × 4 cm rectangle both have a perimeter of 24 cm. Watch out: perimeter is the total distance around, in cm.

树形图 = peta pokok 树形图最上面写体积，下面的分支是体积刚好等于它的长方体或正方体。把每个选项的长、宽、高三个数连乘，看哪一个乘出来正好是上面的体积。 例子：上面写 30 cm³，分支可以是 5 cm × 3 cm × 2 cm，或 10 cm × 3 cm × 1 cm。 注意：三个数都要乘，只乘两个就漏了一层层的高度。

tree map = peta pokok A tree map has the volume at the top and branches below for cuboids or cubes with exactly that volume. Multiply the three measurements of each choice and see which one gives the volume at the top. Example: with 30 cm³ at the top, branches could be 5 cm × 3 cm × 2 cm or 10 cm × 3 cm × 1 cm. Watch out: multiply all three numbers; using only two misses the height.
